Background : Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are a cluster of neurodevelopmental conditions associated with core deficits in social communication, social interaction, and restricted and repetitive behaviours. Current evidence suggests a complex interaction between genetic and environmental factors that underlie the heterogenecity of neuroanatomy and clinical symptom of ASD across a spectrum. Although abnormalities in brain structure and function have been implicated in the neurodevelopmental trajectory of ASD, the search for definitive neuroimaging abnormality finding remains obscured by inconsistent or incompatible findings. Several brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) review studies suggested the existence of morphology abnormalities in several brain structures in ASD, even though some finding have been controversial. The aim of this study to investigate the brain structure in children with ASD using MRI Material : A retrsopective study was conducted in Soetomo Hospital Surabaya, Indonesia. Brain MRI dataset of children ages 2-7 years old diagnosed with ASD, with no other concurrent neurologic disorder, were collected from 2013 to 2018. ASD diagnosis was made by a pediatrician and a psychiatrist confirmed by The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). The Optima MR360 1.5T MRI was used in this research to investigate of brain structure in children with ASD Results : Fifteen children were included in this research with the mean age was 3±2.4 years, seventy three percent (11) were male and 23% (4) were female. There was variability in result on structural MRI, six of 15 the Brain MRI result were abnormal. The sulcus and gyrus were widened in 1 patients, hypoplasia of the corpus callosum in 6 patients. Periventricular leukomalacia in 1 patient Conclusions : Hypoplasia of the corpus callosum was predominant finding in brain MRI of ASD children
