Abstract
Varicella is a common disease of children caused by varicella zoster virus (vzv) and it is highly contagious. Varicella is diagnosed by clinical presentation. It is a benign disorder, but severe form will be occured on patient with immunodeficiency.

Here we present a sixteen-years-old girl admitted to pediatric wards with a history of treatment of SLE with a chief complaint of multiple rashes generalized all over her body. Multiple hemorrhagic vesicles on erythematous plaque and purpura-ecchmosis on lower extremities were found on this patient. This patient was treated with acyclovir per oral and also multiple transfusion of packed red cells and trombocyte concentrate. She was admitted for five days and got discharged and given acyclovir for a total 14 days.

Varicella hemorrhagic is a serious complication on mmunocompromised patient. Acyclovir is proven to be sufficient and cost-effective. From this case report, we learnt that immunization of varicella virus is still relevant and will prevent more serious complication, especially in immunocompromised patient.
