Objective: Overview of perinatology health care services of 2016-2017 in Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Bekasi Regional Hospital. Method: This research was conducted in Perinatology Department of Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Bekasi Regional Hospital, with total sample of 4958 infants. This was a descriptive study. Result: Total infants born were 3788 (76.40 %), where as infants born outside were 1170 ( 23.59 %). Among infants born outside hospital, there were 310 infants (6.25%) who were found dead, mostly on gestational age of > 36 weeks 80 infants (1.61 %), with the body weight of > 2500 grams 59 infants (1.19%). Live born infants were 860 (17.35%), mostly on gestational age of > 36 weeks 304 infants (6.13 % ), with body weight of > 2500 grams 251 babies (5.06%) Among infants born outside hospital, there were 272 infants (5.49 %) who were found dead, mostly on gestational age of <30 weeks gestation 53 infants (1.07%), with body weight of 1000-1500 grams 39 infants (0.79%). Live born infants were 3516 (70.91 %), mostly on gestational age of > 36 weeks 1478 (29.81%), with body weight > 2500 grams 1351 (27.25%). Most diagnosis: Breathing Disorder 624 (12.58%) Conclusion: Prompt monitoring is needed for infants who were born outside the hospital so as to reduce mortality rate.
