THE CONFORMITY THERAPY OF DIARRHEA DISEASE IN CHILDREN WITH MANUAL THERAPY DIARRHEA IN CHILDREN ACCORDING RI KEMENKES AT NURUS SYIFA INPATIENT CLINIC IN BANGSALSARI SUB-DISTRICTS PERIOD JANUARI – DECEMBER 2018

Objective: Diarrhea disease still become the health disesase in development country like in Indonesia. In 2017 the case of diarrhea in Jember was 653.130, 19.004 of the cases was reported in Bnagsalsari Sub-district. Nurus Shifa outpatient clinic was one of the inpatient clinic in Bangsalsari Sub-district. It contributed 209 cases of diarhea during Januari until December 2017. The aims of the research were to see the conformity therapy of diarrhea in children were observered by the usage of oralit, intravenous fluid, breast milk, zinc and Antibiotic.
Method: This research was doing at January 2019 in Nurus Syifa Inpatient Clinic in Bangsalsari Sub-dictricts, Jember Districts. This study used descriptive methods with retrospective approach. The amount sample were 87 medical record which taken by total sampling.
Result: There was 87 cases of diarrhea among the children under five years old in the Januari-December 2017 Period, 49 cases (62.8%) for male dan 29 caese for female (37.2%). Therapy of diarrhea in Inpatient Clinic is still low. Oralit is not used in all case od diarrhea. The usage of intravenous treatment is being given too early regardless of the patient's dehydration status. The usage of Antibiotik is affluent and it is nor suitable.
Conclusion: According to the general guideline of diarrhea only 21.8% is suitable, it is based on the administration of oral rehydration fluids, intravenous fluids, breast milk and zinc. The conformity of Oralit usage is 30.8%. The conformity of breast milk is 72.4%. While the conformity of zinc is 78.2%. The conformity of the antibiotic treatment is 37%.
