Abstract Body
Objective: To identify , synthesize, and evaluate the best available evidence for dietary interventions in children with henochschönlein purpura (HSP), thereby providing a clinical basis for healthcare professionals.
Methods: A systematic review was conducted across domestic and international databases and professional association websites, covering literature on dietary management of HSP from the database's establishment to November 2025. The literature included randomized controlled trials (RCTs), systematic reviews, expert consensus statements, and guidelines. Two researchers independently assessed the quality of the included studies and extracted evidence.
Results: A total of 14 studies were identified, comprising 9 RCTs, 1 systematic review , 2 expert consensus statements, and 2 guidelines. Finally , 18 best evidence were formed, covering 4 aspects: team building, health education, step diet and diet monitoring.
Conclusion: This study summarizes the best evidence of diet intervention for children with HSP, which can provide reference for clinical medical staff to carry out diet guidance for such patients.
