Gastroduodenitis Erosiva and Colitis with Bloody Stool Manifestation

Background : Diarrhea is loose, watery stools. Chronic, or long lasting, diarrhea typically lasts for more than 4 weeks. Children with chronic diarrhea may have loose, watery stools continually, or diarrhea may come and go. Bloody stool manifestation is always a warning sign and should prompt a more thorough history on duration and accompanying symptoms as well as current medications. In this review the most common bacterial, viral and parasitical causes of bloody diarrhoea as well as radiation and ischemic colitis will be discussed. Additionally important diagnostic tools such as stool cultures and imaging tools (CT and endoscopy) for ischemic disease are presented. The causes of bloody diarroea in immunosuppressed patients and IBD are additionally addressed. Case Presentation Summary : If the diagnose was late, and theraphy was inadequate, ulcus, gastrointestinal bleeding, and cancer would occur, also relaps and resistancy of the drug are coming easily Learning Points/Discussion : If the diagnose was late, and theraphy was inadequate, ulcus, gastrointestinal bleeding, and cancer would occur, also relaps and resistancy of the drug are coming easily
