OBJECTIVE: Incidence brain tumor in children is worldwide is 3.1 per 100.000. Childhood brain tumors are the most common paediatric solid tumor. In Jakarta 88 children with brain tumor about 37% had 5 years survival rate. Sometimes, clinical manifestation of brain tumor is remain unclear. Brain tumor in children itself still lack of data including in our centre.This study objective was to describe the characteristics and outcome of brain tumor children in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung.
METHOD: This is a descriptive retrospective study by collecting data from medical record. Subject in this study are children who have been diagnosed with brain tumor during January 2014 - December 2018 at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung.
RESULT: During 5 years, there were only less than 1% (32) cases children diagnosed as brain tumor. According to demographics, most patients were aged 6-10 years (mean age ± 7 years old). Of 25 cases were 56% male and 44% female. Based on characteristic of symptoms, headache (44%; n=11) is the most common complaint, followed by seizures (32%). From head CT scan, we found 36% children suffered hydrocephalus as complication. Based on our data, not all children performed biopsy. All the children treated with supportive therapy, 12% did surgery procedure, 32% chemotherapy, 20% performed radiotherapy. The outcome, 48% (n=12) discharged home with improvements, 32% (n=8) discharged against medical advise, home with neurologic deficit 44%, while 20% (n=5) died. 
CONCLUSION: In our study, meduloblastoma was the most common pathology anatomy results. Clinical symptoms brain tumour in children is unclear, headache was the previous chief complaint. We still have to follow up outcome of our subjects
