Case Presentation Summary : Case report 1: AW, 4 years 19 days, is diagnosed as malnutrition with complications of miliary TB, right lung atelectasis, and hypochromic microcytic anemia. Case report 2: SA, 3 years 5 months, is diagnosed as malnutrition without any complication. SA gets to eat only after the parents other adult family members have already had their fill. If the food stock is exhausted, SA will not eat for days. Learning Points/Discussion : The treatment and feeding practices of caregivers or parents is a key factor that causes malnutrition.
