Quality of life as defined by the WHO: '‘an individual's perception of their position in life in the context of the culture and value systems in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards, and concerns.''
The quality of life in children and adolescent depend on the quality of physical growth, motor, communication, cognitive and socio emotional development as theirimportant basic competencies.
Parents and family have important role in the quality of early stimulation, interaction, nutrition and health status of their children mainly in the first 1000 days of life.
Some systematic reviews and metaanalysis reported many government programs withcomprehensive interventional approaches innutrition, health, early stimulation and education, focused infamily, parent and childrenwith low socioeconomic statussignificantly improvedthe quality of life of children and adolescents.
