Background : Multisensory stimulation is the best form of stimulation to achieve optimum child development. Inappropriate electronic screen exposure can lead to many type of development disturbances. Wise screen exposure according to AAP recommendation and multisensory stimulation approach is expected to give positive effect in child development. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of wise electronic screen exposure in language and cognitive adaptive development. Material : We conducted one group pre posttest quasi experimental study by giving screen exposures which contained educational program for 2-3 year-old children. The duration was 30 minutes for each session, twice a week. Total exposures were six times. Subjects were accompanied by two instructors during the procedures. The instructors actively led the subjects to dance, sing, and repeat some words according to the program they were watching. Language and cognitive adaptive development were measured with Capute Scales before we start the intervention and after the last intervention. Statistical analysis was using paired t Test by computer program. Results : There were 30 playgroup students as subjects, with the age was 31,97 ± 4,09 month-old. 16 (53%) subjects were male and 14 (43%) were female. All of the subjects had good score in home cognitive stimulation and emotional support by HOME SF scale, well nourished and middle social economic status. Pre intervention Capute scales result was FSDQ 96,75 ± 10,09 and post intervention result was FSDQ 103,93 ± 9,90. FSDQ score was significantly improved with the p value 0,007. Conclusions : Wise electronic screen exposure according to AAP recommendation and multisensory stimulation approach can be an alternative choice for stimulation in children
