Background : For children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), the identification of those at higher risk of disease and giving therapy based on this risk is a critical component to the provision of optimal treatment. Based on NCI Criteria, High-risk ALL can have either of the following criteria:WBC count is greater than 50,000 cells/mm3, age less then 1 and more than 10 year, mediastinal mass finding,T cell ALL and serebral leukemia. To investigate The Conformity between Immunophenotyping Result and NCI Risk Criteria for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Material : A descriptive analytic study, for ALL patients who has immunophenotyping result from bone marrow puncture in Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang. The data analysis was done with chi-square using spss.
Results : Immunophenotyping patern, were B cell in 31(77%) patients and T cell in 6(15%). patients. >From B cell we found that 24 patiens were in standard criteria and 7 patients in highrisk. In T Cell group, 4 patients in HR group and 2 patients .
Conclusions : Most cases have Conformities between Immunophenotyping Result and NCI Risk Criteria of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
